Qualifications
- HS/SHS graduates encouraged to apply
- BPO experience handling international voice account is a plus but not required
- Must be fluent in English and computer literate
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures
- Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while maximizing rapport
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools to provide resolution
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
