Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Willingness to work dayshift hours and adapt to schedule changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
• Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system accurately and comprehensively
• Follow established call centre protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals and targets
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour throughout customer interactions
• Adhere to quality assurance standards and participate in training and coaching sessions
