Job summary

Noyona Cosmetics and Skin Care Products OPC is seeking a Distributor Specialist to develop and manage its distributor network in Davao and surrounding areas. You will drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners.

The role requires a sales-driven, proactive professional who is comfortable with field work and can independently manage distributor accounts and territory opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 2–3 years FMCG, sales, distributor management, or business development.
• Experience handling distributors, wholesalers, retail accounts, or key accounts.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products is a plus.
• Willing to travel within Mindanao.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage distributor accounts in Davao and nearby areas.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and accounts to expand market coverage.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, buyers, store owners, and other business partners.
• Monitor distributor performance, including orders, sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and account growth.
• Conduct regular field visits and market checks to monitor product availability, pricing, visibility, and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand product distribution and increase sales across assigned territories.
• Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, promotions, product launches, collections, and other account concerns.
• Support and implement sales and trade marketing activities in distributor and retail accounts.
• Ensure proper product visibility, display, and availability in assigned accounts.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotions, product movement, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports, territory updates, and account performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth account operations.
• Address distributor concerns and provide timely solutions to maintain strong business relationships.
• Perform other sales and business development activities as assigned by management.
