Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated invites a seasoned sales professional to drive distributor growth in Davao City and surrounding areas. You will develop the distributor’s organization, implement business-building programs, and ensure strong product availability and on-time deliveries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications and at least five years of FMCG sales experience, with a valid driver’s license. Location: Digos, Davao City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• With 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management.
• Holder of Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of 12/123 or AB/ABC.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Distributor’s organization and business with the end in mind of achieving contributory objectives like the Key Sales Indicators or ABI’s distributor performance metrics.
• Act as liaison between the Distributor and ABI personnel.
• Lead in implementing business-building programs for Distributor operations.
• Responsible for selling in ABI products and maintaining standard stocking inventory levels.
• Intensely monitor distribution of ABI products in the assigned area through sales forecasting, product/service availability, lead time estimates, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Area of Assignment: Digos Davao City

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing the Distributor’s organization and business with the end in mind of achieving Contributory Objectives like the Key Sales Indicators or the parameters used by ABI in measuring distributor’s performance.
• Act as liaison between the Distributor and ABI personnel.
• Lead in implementing business building programs for the Distributor operations.
• Responsible in Selling In of ABI products, and to maintain standard stocking inventory level
• Intensely monitoring excellent distribution of ABI products in the assigned area, through sales forecasting, product/service availability, lead time estimates, order status, delivery schedules
