Job summary

You will collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze data, while maintaining databases and generating reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• 0-1 year of experience in master data management or related roles
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to details
• Basic computer literacy (email, chat tools, CRM systems)
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect, encode, and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Manage and maintain databases, including data uploads, downloads, and updates across systems.
• Generate and distribute routine and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and improve reporting processes.
• Support data-related projects such as automation, system enhancements, and process optimization.
• Document data processes, standards, and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Monitor and resolve data issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and organizational best practices.
• Assist with customer feedback analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional tasks not covered.
