Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in healthcare or insurance, strong English, and the ability to research across multiple sources with clear reporting. This role emphasizes accuracy and professional outreach.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in healthcare or insurance operations or QA or detail-intensive roles.
• Strong spoken and written English with professional outbound verification ability.
• Able to compare information across multiple sources and preserve evidence.

Responsibilities

• Research health-plan coverage, benefits, and prescriptions from approved resources.
• Verify doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and facilities against the plan and network.
• Capture supporting documents and write clear case findings and questions.
• Escalate unverified information and contact carriers when needed.
