Job summary

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is seeking a Project Development Officer III to manage registration of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) households and maintain the beneficiary registry at the Central Office. You will ensure data integrity, coordinate with Field Offices, and support data management activities under supervision of the Division Chief.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8 hours of relevant training.
• 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares action/work plans for Pantawid 4Ps registration and status management.
• Monitors Field Offices' registration activities across phases.
• Provides technical assistance on registration and updating processes.
• Consolidates field reports for monitoring and policy input.
• Coordinates with units inside and outside the Division on 4Ps data tasks.
• Validates special cases and conducts case conferences as needed.
• Conducts random quality checks on beneficiary data.
• Endorses lists for payroll processing to BDMD-Data Management.
• Identifies and resolves data registration issues.
• Proposes policies and system enhancements for data management.
• Supervises BDMD staff and evaluates performance.
• Prepares analytical reports with recommendations.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
