Job summary

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is seeking a Project Development Officer III to manage beneficiary data for BDMS implementation and monitor data reporting requirements. The role involves handling data sharing with partners and ensuring compliance with data privacy provisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of relevant experience, and training in data management. Work will be conducted at the DSWD Central Office location in Quezon City, with related tasks

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
Training: 8 hours of relevant training.
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Prepares action/work plan related to data management.
Facilitate, prepare and review Data Sharing Agreements with partners requesting for 4Ps data.
Facilitates external data requests per the Data Privacy Act.
Provides technical assistance to the field offices related to BDMS.
Recommends resolutions to issues/problems related to BDMS.
Proposes policies, guidelines and systems enhancements related to BDM Implementation.
Supervises selected BDMD staff, monitors and evaluates the performance of the staff against deliverables and other performance measures.
Submits BDM reports with analysis and recommendation to the PDO IV and V.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
