Responsibilities

• Lead post-service interventions planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
• Coordinate with DSWD Field Offices on post-service delivery matters.
• Provide technical guidance to Regional Case Managers and stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor the Division's Work and Financial Plan (WFP).
• Oversee budget planning for capability-building and M&E initiatives.
• Engage with partners to mobilize resources for program continuity.
