Job summary

Beepo is a Probe Group company with a Clark, Pampanga office and a global client base. The Data Specialist will process enrolment data accurately, collaborate with Customer Care and other teams to ensure uninterrupted client service, and contribute to data quality improvements.

The role requires cleansing and manipulating diverse datasets, generating reports, and using Excel and Google Sheets (formulas & VLOOKUP). Attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed Excel training and relevant data certifications.
• Proficient in cleansing, manipulating, and processing diverse datasets.
• Ability to generate reports and perform ad hoc data tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Process enrolment data using designated systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify relevance of enrolment data and provide guidance via Help Centre documents.
• Monitor data integrations quality and report discrepancies as needed.
• Assist in organising and maintaining enrolment records and process documentation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to payment processing, content uploading, and data optimisation.
• Collaborate with Head of Customer Care and other teams to provide seamless access for clients.
