MicroSourcing, located at Mall of Asia, Pasay, is seeking a Data Processing Administrator to review and validate large volumes of cardholder applications on Avetta Connect. The role focuses on back-office data entry, documentation audits, and timely processing to meet client scopes.

You will navigate web-based SaaS platforms, handle shifting schedules onsite, and contribute to client reporting with accurate data extracts and updates. A fast, detail-oriented, adaptable collaborator is essential.

• Flexible to work shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience with KYC or compliance document checks (preferred).
• Basic Excel proficiency for tracking metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate high volumes of cardholder applications using the Avetta Connect web-based platform.
• Audit uploaded files and supporting documentation to approve, reject, or return applications based on client scopes.
• Execute back-office data entry and processing tasks with a focus on high daily throughput.
• Identify and escalate technical system issues that impact productivity or quality through proper channels.
• Support client reporting requirements by providing accurate data extracts and status updates on pending applications.

Your Role

• Review and validate high volumes of cardholder applications using the Avetta Connect web-based platform.
• Audit uploaded files and supporting documentation to approve, reject, or return applications based on specific client scopes.
• Execute back-office data entry and processing tasks with a focus on maintaining a high daily throughput.
• Identify and escalation technical system issues that impact productivity or quality through the proper leadership channels.
• Support client reporting requirements by providing accurate data extracts and status updates on pending applications.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience specifically using the Avetta Connect platform or similar vendor management software.
• Background in "Know Your Customer" (KYC) or compliance-based document verification (e.g., ID checks, certifications).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking personal productivity and processing metrics.
• Previous experience in a high-pressure BPO or shared services back-office environment.
• Strong communication skills for documenting reasons for application rejection or further information requests.
