Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore MSP in the Philippines, seeks a Senior Accounting Associate to join our hybrid night-shift team at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. You will handle core AR/AP activities and support month-end close with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Ability to process payments via ACH, wire, checks and other methods.
• Experience with month-end close and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately to open invoices.
• Process payments received via ACH, wire transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
• Investigate unapplied, misapplied, or disputed customer payments.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all AR transactions.
• Support month-end Accounts Receivable activities as assigned.
• Review and process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and within timelines.
• Verify invoice details, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Accounts Receivable
