Unisys is seeking a Data Process Support professional in the Philippines to assist clients via multiple channels, process orders and payments, and maintain accurate records. The role emphasizes data entry, transactional processing and adherence to regulatory standards within a service or product area.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and typically less than 2 years of experience in this area, with opportunities to interface with clients as needed.

Mansioni

• Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product area.
• Performs various Data Process duties, such as assisting clients via phone, email, chat or other channels, answering inquiries, resolving complaints or providing product/service information.
• Handling and processing product, service or other orders/requests.
• Handling transactions associated with product/service changes.
• Entering and updating transactional information into databases, spreadsheets or other systems, and
• Handling and processing payments.
• Maintains accurate records of client interactions, service requests, transactions and changes.
• Maintains and delivers excellent service and relationships with client, franchises and other supported stakeholders.
• Develops understanding of and adheres to regulatory requirements and Unisys business process outsourcing standards and policies.
• Escalates complex and difficult to resolve issues per established protocol.
• May have direct client interface.
