Unisys is seeking a Data Process Support role to assist clients and handle data entry and processing tasks within the service area. You will contribute to maintaining accurate records and providing timely information to clients, franchises, and stakeholders.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and typically involves less than 2 years of related experience. It emphasizes adherence to regulatory standards and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product area.
• Performs various Data Process duties, such as answering inquiries, resolving complaints or providing product / service information
• Handling and processing product, service or other orders / requests
• Entering and updating transactional information into databases, spreadsheets or other systems
• Handling and processing payments
• Maintains accurate records of client interactions, service requests, transactions and changes
• Maintains and delivers excellent service and relationships with client, franchises and other supported stakeholders
• Develops understanding of and adheres to regulatory requirements and Unisys business process outsourcing standards and policies
• Escalates complex and difficult to resolve issues per established protocol
• May have direct client interface.
