Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Invoicing Clerk to ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include processing orders, maximizing upselling opportunities, encoding new recruit data, conducting RPO/H2H calls, and maintaining product availability while adhering to 5S standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in invoicing or direct selling is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.
