Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is hiring for a customer service and sales support role based in the Philippines.

You will ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, cash handling, and compliant transactions while delivering excellent service to dealers and customers. The ideal candidate has a college degree preference, solid communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Preference for a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or similar.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent time management; able to work independently or under pressure.
• Willing to accept a project-based employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.
