Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence in Alabang, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a Sales Operations Lead to manage the BDC team, align sales and operations, and ensure high-quality appointments for dealership clients.

You will coach agents, analyze performance data, optimize processes, and partner with Operations, QA, and Training to accelerate growth, while keeping customer experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BDC or sales ops
• 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations and BDC processes
• Strong sales and data-driven decision making
• Experience with CRM and DMS systems such as Tekion, CDK, Reynolds

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BDC Agents to meet sales and appointment targets
• Oversee BDC processes including lead management, outbound campaigns and follow-ups
• Monitor performance metrics and address deviations in real time
• Provide coaching and training to improve communication and conversions
• Analyze data to refine sales strategies and report to leadership
