Job summary

Kimtan Labs in Taguig is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition strategy and scale growth across key marketplaces and online channels. You will drive planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS and efficiency.

You will collaborate with brand and creative teams, implement tracking and automation, run A/B tests, and deliver regular performance insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Strong data-driven mindset with multi-channel performance experience.
• Proven ability to hit ROAS targets and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across TikTok GMV Max, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and Google to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Manage paid media budgets, set KPIs, and develop test-and-learn strategies to maximize ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance data, optimize funnel efficiency, and refine audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align performance initiatives with launches and timelines.
• Conduct A/B testing, evaluate creative performance, and drive CRO across digital touchpoints.
• Implement tracking setups, conversion measurement, and marketing automation workflows.
• Deliver regular performance marketing reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities.
