SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD is seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen its digital presence in the Philippines. You will manage and optimise digital channels, including the website, search presence and online campaigns, to support customer acquisition and engagement.

The role requires a degree in Marketing or related field, experience in SEO/SEM, analytics, and ability to translate data into actionable campaigns.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO, SEM or performance marketing.
Ability to analyse data and draw performance insights.
Understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion principles.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic and lead generation.
Manage and optimise the company website including content updates and landing pages.
Plan and manage search engine marketing and other paid campaigns.
Improve organic visibility through SEO initiatives.
Monitor performance with analytics and reporting tools.
Identify opportunities to improve digital conversion rates and customer experience.
Conduct keyword, competitor and market research to support campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns for products and services.
Create and optimise digital marketing content and assets.
Track key metrics and provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platforms.
