Job summary

TP is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support its Philippines Growth Marketing initiatives. You will lead marketing automation, optimize campaign operations, ensure data integrity, and enable demand generation at scale.

You will collaborate with Growth, Sales and Product Marketing to build efficient processes, run end-to-end campaigns, and deliver measurable results across email, paid, social, and ABM programs.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on with Marketo or similar MAP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of database management and funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize marketing automation campaigns across channels.
• Own data quality, lead lifecycle, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive demand generation at scale.
