Job summary

RELX INC is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator in Manila to join our team. You will work with various tools and databases to review data and execute processes defined by the client and management, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams, identify improvement opportunities, and report deficiencies to ensure accurate task execution. A strong eye for detail and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year college completed with no back subjects/incomplete units.
• 1–2 years BPO experience.
• Above average to Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and similar applications or tools.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office.
