MicroSourcing is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its global delivery network. Remote work with a night shift supports data-heavy responsibilities such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining high data quality across large datasets.

You will map data across ERP/CRM platforms, troubleshoot setup issues, and produce routine reports while supporting pricing structures to prevent billing errors. A strong Excel skillset and 3+ years in finance or analytics are expected, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle complex data structures.
• 3+ years in a dedicated financial or analytical role with emphasis on data integrity.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/finance systems (Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Manage and process massive datasets, ensuring high data quality.
• Set up and maintain complex customer pricing and subcontractor rates to prevent billing errors.
• Map data and system lookup tables to ensure accurate transformation across platforms.
• Troubleshoot project setup errors and budget requests to reflect operational reality.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles and track key performance metrics.
• Maintain change control and documentation for audit purposes.
