Job summary

OutForce is seeking a Credit Control & Collections Analyst to safeguard cash flow and deliver actionable financial insights. You will manage accounts receivable, monitor DSO, and coordinate with customers to secure timely payments while ensuring data accuracy across systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in AR or credit control, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. You will work with SAP/Vend data to support the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular accounts receivable and debtor performance reports.
• Monitor debtor activity, DSO, payment trends and collections performance.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Interact with customers to collect overdue payments.
• Create and maintain customer master data in SAP.
