Job summary

IntouchCX is hiring an AR/Collections Analyst to support the Finance team in Manila. You will manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and coordinate with Sales, CX, and Finance to ensure healthy cash flow.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in corporate collections, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite. North American client exposure is a plus; we offer a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Corporate Collections, AR, or Credit management.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• AR certification is an asset.
• Strong Excel & Google Workspace skills required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage AR portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce DSO.
• Follow up with client AP teams and contacts on past-due accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and assess credit risk; tailor collection strategies.
