Job summary

RCBC is hiring for an IT Operations role in the Philippines. The selected candidate will ensure reliable IT infrastructure and system software operation in compliance with bank standards and MLPP regulations.

Responsibilities include proper shift turnover, daily logs, batch processing coordination, console operations, backups, and system testing. Candidates should have a college degree, 1+ year of relevant experience, and willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• College/University Degree required.
• Entry skills in networking, database administration, data center operations, or technical support are acceptable.
• At least 1 year of experience in networking, database administration, data center operations, or technical support is expected.
• Willingness to work with shifting schedules.

Job Summary

• Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure and system software through effective design, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing management, while maintaining compliance with bank standards and MLPP regulations.

What will you contribute?

• Facilitates proper shift turnover to the next shift.
• Submits and updates daily operations logs and reports.
• Facilitates daily batch processing and printing functions. Monitors batch processes and coordinates with other technical staff.
• Operates computer consoles and peripherals.
• Handles regular backup of all systems and facilitates restoration as needed.
• Participates in system testing and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintains an adequate level of computer supplies.
• Handles administrative work as assigned.
