Job summary

RCBC Information Technology in the Philippines seeks an IT Infrastructure Associate to help ensure reliable operation of bank IT systems through design, implementation, maintenance and ongoing management while adhering to bank standards and MLPP regulations. The role covers shift turnover, daily logs, batch processing, console operations, system backups and testing, plus routine admin tasks.

Requires 1+ year experience in networking, data center operations or technical support and a college

Qualifications

• Must have a college/university degree.
• Entry skills in networking, database administration, data center operations or technical support.
• At least 1 year of experience in networking, database administration, data center operations or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate proper shift turnover to the next shift.
• Submit and update daily operations logs and reports.
• Facilitate daily batch processing and printing functions; monitor batch processes and coordinate with other technical staff.
• Operate computer consoles and peripherals.
• Handle regular backups of all systems and facilitate restoration as needed.
• Participate in system testing and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain an adequate level of computer supplies.
• Handle administrative work as assigned.
