Perform routine inspections of electrical/HVAC/low-voltage systems in the data center, execute scheduled maintenance tasks, record operational parameters, and ensure normal equipment operation. Monitor infrastructure status in real time through environmental monitoring systems (BMS/DCIM), promptly detect and report abnormal alarms.
Upon system alarms or faults, conduct preliminary diagnosis and on-site handling in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs).
Escalate major faults in a timely manner and assist technical experts and facility managers in troubleshooting and repair.
Thoroughly document the fault handling process and prepare fault reports and log updates.
Strictly adhere to the 7×24 rotating shift schedule and comply with all site specifications, procedures, and safety regulations at the data center.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks per the maintenance plan (e.g., equipment switchover tests, scheduled servicing, filter replacements, etc.).
Manage spare parts inventory, maintaining inbound/outbound records and replenishment requests.
Assist technical experts in daily operations service delivery and acceptance.
Maintain and update operations logs, equipment archives, maintenance records, shift handover logs, and other documentation, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
Implement data center safety management requirements and provide on-site supervision for special operations such as hot work and confined space entry.
Participate in risk assessments and hazard inspections, promptly reporting and tracking corrective actions.
During critical event support periods, increase patrol frequency and intensify on‑duty vigilance as required by the project team.
In the event of emergencies, respond quickly to arrive on-site and coordinate emergency response efforts to ensure business continuity.
