Job summary

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree or above in Electrical, HVAC, Automation, Mechatronics, Low-Voltage/Weak-Current Intelligence, or related fields.
• Experience: 2+ years of infrastructure operations experience in data centers or large server rooms, familiar with hands‑on operations of electrical/HVAC/low-voltage systems.
• Outstanding fresh graduates or those holding relevant certifications may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of the principles and operations of data center power distribution systems (UPS, distribution cabinets, generators), or HVAC systems (precision air conditioners, cooling towers, BA systems), or low-voltage systems.
• Proficient in using common tools (multimeters, infrared thermometers, etc.) and environmental monitoring systems (BMS/DCIM).
• Holding electrician operation certificates (low-voltage/high-voltage), refrigeration and air conditioning operation certificates, fire safety equipment operator certificates, or similar credentials is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Inspections and Monitoring

Perform routine inspections of electrical/HVAC/low-voltage systems in the data center, execute scheduled maintenance tasks, record operational parameters, and ensure normal equipment operation. Monitor infrastructure status in real time through environmental monitoring systems (BMS/DCIM), promptly detect and report abnormal alarms.

2. Fault Handling and Emergency Response

Upon system alarms or faults, conduct preliminary diagnosis and on-site handling in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs).

Escalate major faults in a timely manner and assist technical experts and facility managers in troubleshooting and repair.

Thoroughly document the fault handling process and prepare fault reports and log updates.

3. Shift Duty and Procedure Compliance

Strictly adhere to the 7×24 rotating shift schedule and comply with all site specifications, procedures, and safety regulations at the data center.

Execute preventive maintenance tasks per the maintenance plan (e.g., equipment switchover tests, scheduled servicing, filter replacements, etc.).

Manage spare parts inventory, maintaining inbound/outbound records and replenishment requests.

4. Delivery Acceptance and Record Keeping

Assist technical experts in daily operations service delivery and acceptance.

Maintain and update operations logs, equipment archives, maintenance records, shift handover logs, and other documentation, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.

5. Safety Management and Compliance

Implement data center safety management requirements and provide on-site supervision for special operations such as hot work and confined space entry.

Participate in risk assessments and hazard inspections, promptly reporting and tracking corrective actions.

6. Critical Event Support and Ad Hoc Tasks

During critical event support periods, increase patrol frequency and intensify on‑duty vigilance as required by the project team.

In the event of emergencies, respond quickly to arrive on-site and coordinate emergency response efforts to ensure business continuity.
