Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary client-facing technical lead for complex data center solutions. You will design, propose, and oversee end-to-end implementations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and in compliance with safety and operational standards.

You will manage CPR requests, coordinate with Sales, DCSO, DCES, and Design & Construction teams to deliver accurate BOMs, vendor quotes, and robust solutions while maintaining zero live-operations

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of specialized experience in pre-sales engineering or design/solutioning of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering with extensive data center experience.
• Advanced client-facing abilities and leadership to mentor junior engineers.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and solution design principles.

Responsibilities

• Solution design, proposal management and CPR delivery within SLAs.
• Client engagement, site visits and presenting Data Center offerings.
• Vendor management, BOM generation and costing coordination.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with DCSP Playbook.
