The Data Analytics and Automation Sr. Specialist is responsible for analyzing business data, developing automated solutions, and generating insights that support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on improving processes through data visualization, reporting automation, system optimization, and collaboration with different departments.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and workflows using analytics and automation tools.

• Monitor data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and databases.

• Create data visualization presentations and performance reports for management review.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation initiatives to increase efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

• Support system integration, database management, and process optimization projects.

• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions based on data findings.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or automation-related roles.

• Experience in handling large datasets and business reporting.

• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
