Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience with Azure data and analytics services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering analytics projects in fast-paced environments.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM | 8-hour workday plus 1-hour lunch break

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. This position is primarily focused on Data Analytics (80%) with a complementary focus on Business Analysis (20%). The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights, developing scalable reporting solutions, and supporting strategic business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (80%)
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Build and optimize data models, datasets, and reporting frameworks.
• Perform advanced analytics and exploratory data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Develop automated reporting and data solutions using SQL, Python, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting and analytics platforms.
• Monitor and improve the performance of BI solutions and data processes.
• Support the organization's digital transformation initiatives through innovative analytics solutions.
• Business Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement (20%)
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective analytical and technical solutions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience and maximum 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or Business Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modelling.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience working with Azure data and analytics services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience delivering analytics and reporting projects in a fast-paced environment.

Advantage To Have

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, PL-400, PL-600, or DP-203.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based environments.
• Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP or CCBA.
