Job summary

PASIA is seeking a Data Analyst Staff to collect, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources to support management decisions and drive business improvements with data-driven insights.

You will prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations, identify trends, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver accurate, timely insights while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as stated.
• Proficiency in Excel, formulas, PivotTables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

About the role

A Data Analyst Staff role focused on collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support management decisions and drive business improvements through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from various sources
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support management decisions
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business and operational data
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and data records
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and integrity
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance
• Work closely with different departments to understand data and reporting requirements
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes and operations
• Assist in developing automated reports and improving data analysis processes

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams
• Relevant experience in data analysis is an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of AI and data analytics tools is an advantage
