Responsibilities

• Analyze and profile large structured and unstructured data sets to drive valuable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address business challenges and manage reporting priorities.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data.
• Lead the development of self-service analytical reports and interactive dashboards.
• Maintain decision-support solutions (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive analytics) to help inform strategy and business planning.
• Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to meet reporting requirements.
• Manage high-quality outputs and products to meet contractual requirements and improve data products and services.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
• Prepare high-quality reports by extracting data from multiple platforms and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience, preferably in business decision support roles, data science, or a related field, ideally within IT solutions services.
• Highly Proficient in SQL/MYSQL
• Knowledgeable with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Xlookup, Index Match)
• Knowledge in Python and/or R programming language
• Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and translate insights into business impact.
