Job summary

Action Labs I.T. Services, Philippines, Corp. is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data to drive business decisions. You will prepare regular reports and develop Power BI dashboards for actionable insights to management and stakeholders.

You will work with management to understand reporting needs, maintain data quality, and identify opportunities for process improvements through data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics or related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, data validation, or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data cleaning/validation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, filtering, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report development.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization, and data quality practices.
• Experience with databases and large datasets is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with management and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple reports, priorities, and deadlines.

About the role
