Job summary

Magestic is seeking an experienced data analytics leader to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers across departments. You will drive dashboards and reports that track key KPIs and support strategic initiatives.

You will oversee ETL pipelines and data warehouse infrastructure, and co-develop scripts to import, clean, transform, and validate data. The role demands strong communication and a track record of leadership in analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, CS, Engineering, BI, or related field.
• 4+ years in data analytics or BI with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience with diverse data sources (Excel, Google Sheets, data warehouses).
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying.

• Drive the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key departmental and organizational KPls.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines and data warehouse infrastructure. Identify opportunities to improve data quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Co-develop, implement, and maintain scripts and queries that import, clean, transform, and validate data.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working with diverse data sources such as Excel files, Google Sheets, and data warehouses.
