Job summary

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Power BI Dashboard Development (40%)

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) required by stakeholders.

Smartsheet Automation (30%)

• Utilize Smartsheet formulas, reports, and integrations (including potentially using the Smartsheet API) to automate workflows, streamline data collection, and enhance collaboration.

Process and Workflow Analysis and Documentation (20%)

• Assist in documenting and analyzing existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and translate those needs into effective analytics solutions.

Training (10%)

• Lead orientation training of developed automations to users.

• Provide support to end-users.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Power BI
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization
