Job summary

SGS is seeking a Data Analyst with billing and invoicing experience to support sample registration in LIMS and invoicing workflows in Metro Manila. The role involves preparing invoices and statements for client accounts payable, linking price lists to work orders, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in data entry and invoicing, with preferred SAP experience and ISO/IEC 17025 exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience.
• Experience in invoicing and administrative (invoicing) tasks preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• ISO/IEC 17025 experience preferred.
• Secondary education required.

Responsibilities

• Register samples onto LIMS and create work orders per SSF or client requests.
• Prepare customer invoices and statements and distribute to accounts payable contacts.
• Follow up with clients regarding payment and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Link price lists and sales quotations to work orders.
• Maintain accurate data input and generate reports from files and databases.
• Follow QC protocols and liaise with QC chemists and Canadian management when unclear.
• Ensure invoicing instructions are followed to optimize production efficiency.
• Coordinate special or ad hoc projects as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.

This role involves sample registration into LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) based on clients’ requests,preparescustomer invoices and statements, distributeto clients’ accounts payable contacts.

• Registerssamples onto LIMS based onclient’srequestand/or Sample Submission Form (SSF) to create work orders accurately.
• Communicates any discrepancies or other issues relating to the SSF or other aspects of theclientsrequests to supervisor orappropriate Canadianresource for resolution
• Applies correct QC protocols to each work order to ensure it meets QP21 guidelines andclientsrequirements. Liaises with relevant QC chemists and Canadian management when requirements are unclear.
• Generates Acknowledgement for Work Order and distributes to clients.
• Linksappropriateprice list and sales quotations to work orders.
• Ensures clients test requests and invoicing instructions are followed to help improve efficiency for production.
• Generates customer invoices and statements, and distributes to clients’ accounts payable contacts

• Accountable foraccurateandtimelydata input.
• Maintains and prepares reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases.

• A minimum of secondary education isrequired.
• 3 years ofpreviousexperience in data entry related role isrequired.
• Previousexperience with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements is preferred.
• Previousexperience in administrative (invoicing) relatedroleis preferred.

• Hybrid work arrangement may differ depending on affiliate country, should be amenable to be onsite for 2 to 6 months.
