Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support and training for global sales teams across CRM and related applications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot cases involving accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Maintain and update customer and partner data across systems.
• Collaborate with IT, data management, and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and training materials to support user adoption and SLA requirements.
