Job summary

Xerox Corporation in Cebu City seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to own sales performance reporting and analytics across D365, SFDC, and SAP. You will liaise between Sales Operations groups and Program Management, support the SEED Device Program, and maintain the Sales Support site.

The role requires an autonomous, analytical self-starter with advanced Excel and Power BI skills, capable of delivering accurate dashboards and ad-hoc reports while ensuring data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in IT and/or Finance preferred.
• Experience working in multicultural teams and with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sales territory planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Monthly sales cadence reporting and funnel tracking.
• Trend analysis of sales results and data uploads to systems (D365, SFDC).
• Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with CDM Key Users to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from Sales Management.
• Maintain Sales Support site and data integrity.
• Support D365/SFDC Key Users with reporting needs.
