In this role, you will serve as a key resource for sales and support teams by resolving system and process issues, managing data, supporting training, and collaborating with technology teams and vendors. You will help improve user adoption, data quality, operational efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of Xerox sales tools.

What You Will Do:

• Provide Level 2 support and training for global sales and support teams across CRM and related sales applications
• Investigate, troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve cases involving accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, forecasting, and related processes
• Maintain and update customer, account, contact, opportunity, quote, and partner data across applicable systems
• Collaborate with IT, Enterprise Business Applications, Master Data Management, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and implement enhancements
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, training materials, documentation, and process improvements while supporting user adoption and SLA requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience supporting CRM, sales operations, business applications, or technology-enabled business processes
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related sales applications such as Anaplan, DealMaker, PartnerNet, and SalesLoft
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities, collaborate across teams, and meet established service levels
• Strong communication, customer service, training, and stakeholder management skills
