Job summary

You will collaborate with IT, vendor teams, and business stakeholders to enhance adoption, improve data quality, and deliver dashboards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting CRM, sales operations, or technology-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 CRM support for global sales teams.
• Investigate and resolve issues across accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, and forecasting.
• Maintain data quality and update records across systems.
• Collaborate with IT, data management, and vendors to implement enhancements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and training materials to support user adoption.
