Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Build & Test Lead within Services Operations in Cebu City. The role focuses on test leadership, coordination of testing activities, and ensuring quality across enterprise implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will collaborate with global teams, assess business requirements, and guide testing strategies while working across IT, sales operations, and software solutions. A BA/BS is required with strong MS Office skills and agile exposure.

Qualifications

Experience in software testing or quality management.
Experience leading testing activities and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Experience gathering business/process requirements and coordinating testing deliverables.
Strong communication and facilitation across project teams and stakeholders.
BA/BS degree; proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

Develop test strategies and plans with Project Managers and coordinate UAT activities.
Work with Process Architects to translate business requirements into testing scenarios.
Schedule and facilitate testing, manage defects and retesting, and adjust plans as needed.
Analyze test results, produce reports, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Collaborate with global teams and apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile lifecycle.
