Job summary

LevelBlue, LLC. is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Solution Analyst to join our Center of Excellence and support our global sales organization in the Philippines.

You’ll work at the intersection of proposal management, solution engineering, and sales, shaping responses to customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires while collaborating with Sales Engineers and cybersecurity SMEs to deliver accurate, compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and proposal tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFP/RFX questions and due diligence/security questionnaires.
• Coordinate and manage assigned RFP/RFI/RFQ responses end-to-end.
• Interpret client requirements, ensure compliance, and coordinate SME contributions.
• Maintain proposal quality, formatting, and messaging using internal tools.
• Prepare proposal materials and customer presentations with polished visuals.
• Draft first-pass technical responses and align content to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to refine responses and build knowledge.
