Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Solution Analyst to join our Center of Excellence and support a global sales organization. You will help shape responses to customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, working with Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and cybersecurity SMEs to deliver high-quality, technically accurate content.

This role offers growth toward a Sales Engineer/Presales path within cybersecurity, and involves collaboration with global teams to scale our proposal

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and proposal tools (eg. Responsive).
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFP/RFX questions and due diligence/security questionnaires.
• Coordinate and manage assigned RFP/RFI/RFQ responses from kickoff to submission.
• Interpret client requirements, ensure compliance, and coordinate SME contributions.
• Maintain proposal quality, formatting, and use of internal tools.
• Prepare proposal materials with updated text, visuals, and graphics.
