Job summary

LevelBlue, located in the Philippines, is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Solution Analyst/Bid Management Analyst to join our Center of Excellence and support our global sales organization. The role spans proposal management, solution engineering, and sales, helping shape responses to customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and cybersecurity SMEs to deliver high-quality, accurate proposals and grow toward a Sales

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills; can manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and proposal tools such as Responsive.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Preferred: interest in cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Experience with RFPs, proposals, bids, and due-diligence questionnaires.
• Experience using proposal management platforms such as Responsive or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• RFP and proposal management from kickoff to submission.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Coordinate SME contributions and ensure compliance.
• Prepare proposal materials with polished visuals and messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product, and Delivery teams globally.
• Help scale proposal and presales operations.
