Job summary

Exclusive Networks in the Philippines seeks a diligent Post-Sales Engineer to join our cybersecurity-focused team in Manila. You will deliver post-sales support, drive project implementations, and ensure customer satisfaction across the product portfolio.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage SLAs, coordinate with partners, document procedures, obtain user acceptance testing, and stay current with new solutions and updates to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, CS or related field.
• Strong knowledge in networking, security, virtualization, cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, XDR, SIEM.
• Experience with SaaS platforms.
• Proven post-sales engineering or similar customer-support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support and project implementation.
• Meet SLAs and deliver projects to reseller base.
• Lead project kickoff and document implementation procedures.
• Align implementation with signed scope of work.
• Obtain signed UAT from end user.
• Document processes and hand over projects to post-sales team.
• Stay updated with new solutions and product updates.
• Maintain knowledge of roadmap and product portfolio.
• Ensure certification requirements are met.
• Ticket management within the Vision system.
• Collaborate with Post Sales Team Lead to achieve KPIs.
