Responsibilities

- Job Registration
- Customs and quarantine documents vetting
- Check and manage tariff rate/client freight rate
- Converting and valuation
- Customs invoicing ISF Filing
Generic Tasks:
- Customs and quarantine documents vetting
- Pre-lodgement
- Check and manage tariff rate/client freight rate

Requirements
OTHER SKILL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam in Customs or similar), Logic/Transportation, or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1-year experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics
- With import/export shipment data entry experience
- With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPM
- Knowledgeable in CargoWise One is an advantage but not required
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
- Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas
- Must be knowledgeable in pre-lodgement procedures, customs declaration creation, conversion, and valuation.
- Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
