OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. seeks a data entry professional with customs experience to join our logistics team in Metro Manila. You will input data from source documents, prepare and review customs declarations, and manage related documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in freight forwarding or brokerage, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CargoWise One is a plus. Immediate start in Ortigas/Cubao preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College degree or professional license in customs or a related field.
1-2 years experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics.
Import/export shipment data entry experience.
Detail-oriented with typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
Knowledge of CargoWise One is a plus; MS Office proficiency.
Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
Willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao; immediate start.

Responsibilities

Compile and enter data from source documents into computer databases and forms; ensure accuracy at all times.
Create, convert and value customs declarations.
Handle customs and quarantine documents (HBL, PKL, CIV, PKD, COO).
Prepare and review customs documents for accuracy and compliance.
Research required information using available resources.
Ensure compliance with data security policies and data integrity.
