About the role

The Customs and Foreign Trade Specialist is responsible for transport coordination and customs clearance process execution. The role ensures customs compliance for import and export as required by national and international customs rules and laws and ensures an efficient, timely and legally compliant transport handling, including collaboration with service providers and forwarders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the urgency of each shipment's arrangements and coordinate fast shipment arrangements to avoid production disruptions
• Manage documentation for multiple legal entities, maintaining separation of internal (AUMOVIO) and external (Government Agencies and Logistic Service provider) records
• Arrange shipments in compliance with Government Agencies requirements such as BOC and PEZA
• Prepare internal and external reports per entity
• Execute transport coordination and customs clearance processes

Qualifications:

• Working experience in Customs and Foreign Trade
• Knowledgeable in Government PEZA and Customs regulations
• License customs broker will be an advantage
