Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an energetic Helpdesk Customer Support Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for customer and technical support teams. The role covers onboarding, curriculum development, CRM and ticketing enablement, and ongoing coaching to drive performance across digital platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in training or enablement, familiarity with billing/compliance, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in training or enablement within customer or technical support.
• Experience with digital platforms, advertising technologies, SaaS support, or BPO preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer support operations and/or technical workflows.
• Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems; ability to train others on their use.
• Familiarity with billing, compliance standards, or policy enforcement is an advantage.
• Technical knowledge in APIs, data handling, system integrations, or analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Training: deliver, design, and improve onboarding for new hires.
• Curriculum development: create facilitator guides, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Customer & technical training: cover support processes, account management, and metrics.
• Billing & policy training: educate on billing, compliance, and data privacy.
• CRM & productivity enablement: train on case handling and multi-channel support.
• Communication skills: coach on tone, empathy, and conflict resolution.
• Technical training: APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Analytics: teach data analysis, reporting, and KPI interpretation.
• Quality & coaching: assess performance and provide feedback.
• Reporting & continuous improvement: track metrics and refine materials.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align with product, engineering, and ops teams.
