Job summary

Raicom is hiring three Customer Support Specialists for phone and email support from a Philippines-based remote setup. You’ll handle orders, billing, refunds, and product questions while delivering care that reassures customers.

We expect 1–2+ years in customer service with strong English, empathy, and the ability to work US business hours. A quiet workspace and reliable internet are required for a fixed full-time remote position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Hence, we're hiring 3 Customer Support Specialists for phone and email. You'll help customers with orders, billing, refunds, and product questions, and give a little extra care to the ones who need more reassurance along the way.

More than fixing the problem, we believe customers remember how we made them feel.

What you'll do

• Be the voice customers trust. Take inbound calls and answer emails about orders, shipping, billing, refunds, replacements, etc
• Listen first. Understand what's really going on before you offer a fix
• Turn a rough moment into a good one. Bring a calm, warm presence to customers who need extra reassurance
• Make the call. Use your judgment inside clear guidelines to find the right resolution
• See it through. Stay with the customer until it's resolved, and follow up when something needs a second touch.

You'll be a strong fit if you

• Speak clear English and are easy to understand on a phone line.
• Have 1-2+ years in customer service, call center, or BPO work (voice experience is a plus)
• Have handled upset customers, or stay unusually composed under pressure
• Listen for what a customer actually needs, not just the first thing they say
• Stay empathetic without losing control of the call
• Have stable high-speed internet (>100mbps) and a quiet, professional workspace
• Can work during US business hours
